Post-migration issue

I too have this issue and just like others I migrated from a previous provider and kept my number. It happens with every OTP i get!

Can you receive person-to-person standard mobile texts? When did you port your number in? Can you receive calls OK?

EE-CS should be your port-of-call to rectify this issue, but checking answers to the questions above might just help pinpoint.
