You cost me so much time in miss calls I pay lots of money for a very poor service

@Frogpool1969      If you’ve had a missed call it isn’t EEs fault that you didn’t pick up.   Or are you trying to say your device wasn’t connected to the network?    When this happened was you indoors at the time ?  Did you not notice your device wasn’t connected to the network?  Did you try enabling Wi-Fi calling so you’ll still be reached?    No network will guarantee of signal indoors buildings block signals.   Or was this outdoors as you don’t say.
