As @bristolian mentioned, if your service has been suspended for an outstanding balance, it can be up to 24 hours for service to be restored after the payment reaches your EE account, although it can be quicker than this.
If it is not back on after 24 hours, it would be best to give our customer service guides a call from another phone so they can access your account.
If it isn't payment related, please give us a bit more information on what has happened.

Is there anyone chat servises from ee I can use to resolve issues with services that are still not back on. 5 hrs later

If your line was suspended for non-payment, it can take upto 24hours from payment being cleared for services to be restored.
Exact timelines can depend how you made payment.
