Hello. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20. Voicemail is set up. However, when someone calls me and I am unable to answer, it just rings out. The only time voicemail is an option is when I reject a call. How do I resolve this please?
@SarahEllison Text VM OFF to 150 then turn off the device give it 30 seconds and turn it back on, now text VM ON to 150 and wait for the text confirming the activation of voicemail. Now call your phone from a different device and test.
