Phone has no service

I had an appointment at ee after speaking with ee this morning due to. Sim being requested via my son but my phone was locked of so I can’t receive incoming or outgoing calls I have no phone I can call from to retrieve any help so I’m stuck with a phone and no service

Welcome to the community,

If you are needing to ring customer service and you have Skype, there is a free number you can ring:

Otherwise not sure what you expect us to do here. If you are near an EE shop, then you can always go there to get a new SIM card.

Explain what you mean by your phone being locked, do you mean it is locked to a network? You can always get it unlocked.
