Hello, so I have my home phone diverted to my mobile through virgin media and unfortunately on the iphone it doesn’t tell you whether they called your mobile or the number diverted. does anyone know how to find out please?
thanks in advance!

In the pre-smartphone era, there was often a ">" symbol in-front of the caller-ID on the diverted call.
It's something that would be flagged during call setup, and down to the Android/Apple ecosystem to manage how they see fit.

Nothing like that on my iPhone, if I call EE tomorrow do you think they’d be able to assist?
thanks for your reply:)

I rather suspect, that they may - at a push - advise you on how to divert calls. The caller-ID, and associated signalling protocols, I would not expect frontline CS to have any technical understanding of. It's not really their role.
Happy to be proven wrong.

I already have diverted calls though from my home phone to my mobile but I had a call today and I wish to know which number they dialled as it doesn’t tell you on an iPhone which it is they called 😞
