Phone calls not working

Hiya, I am in Greece and my outgoing calls are not working. Anyone know how I can call EE via internet calling to get this resolved as I just get a Greek speaking lady and then cuts off even when I try to call 150.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
