Phone calls from México to UK - sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t?

 Have my Roam Abroad Pass included in my offer. Been in Mexico for over a year now and making phone callas is very inconsistent. Need to use for work but struggling due to not knowing if it will work or not.

All updates on my phone are the latest ones.

Any thoughts?

Is it specific types if numbers that you have a problem with dialling? Have you tried using a couple of different Mexican network providers?

Can you explain what you mean by "making calls is very inconsistent"? Network coverage in Mexico is provided by the Mexican networks, EE's roaming services allow you to connect to them.
