Sometimes a split port can cause something like this.

Are you a new customer and just ported your number over? If that is the case, have you received a message from EE saying the porting is complete? You may need to reboot your phone or wait until this evening to see if it all wrks.
Are you able to make phone calls yourself, or why can people not ring you? Please give us more information in order to help you.
Do you have an EE signal showing on your device?
