PAYG - EU Minutes Add-on Query

I am a PAYG customer. I'd like to know whether the EU Minutes add-on can be used for calling the UK from EU countries. If not, is there an alternative add-on that I can use.

@Katie_B : OP does not have a plan as such but an add-on. It's not the same thing.

My apologies I can now see the OP has advised they don't have a pack just the add-on. 

 

I would recommend giving us a call @moomin so our customer care team can check your account.

Hi @moomin.

 

The calls should come from your minutes add-on.

 

If this isn't happening, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can check that your add-on is working.
