Hi, I have traveled out of the UK for a trip and my phone is stuck on SOS. I have no way of contacting EE and I've tried messaging 150 it isn't sending, the live chat isn't showing up and the website seems to be done. My phone has been this way for a couple days now and I really want it fixed.

@hr2002 are you on contract or pay-as-you-go ? If on contract did you enable roaming on your EE account? If you used this device abroad before have you tried just doing a manual network search?

I'm on a pay monthly. There is no way for me to enable it because my EE account/website has been down. Every time I click on something it says to contact 150 which I have no way of doing so. I have tried searching the manual network search, all networks shows up it just won't connect

Like this is really difficult to get in contact with them because when logging into my EE account I cannot do anything, its saying ERROR and that I need to contact EE on 150 which I cannot do
