Not receiving alerts abroad

Hi Guys.

Does anybody know why I am not receiving alerts to my iPhone that I requested for using WiFi abroad and from companies that tell me they are sending me a code number as to access their sites, but the alerts do not come through on my phone. Do I have something in my setting that maybe blocking these alerts to come through??

Do these alerts come as text messages?

Are you connected to WiFi or are you using a network abroad?

@Dennis_Moss10 , You need to have roaming, call abroad and premium calls enabled in your account.
