Hi,
I am logged into my profile on EE but almost every day I get the same info: we are working hard to ....etc. I am not able to view the bills, change address, see my contract, details of my phone and devices. It takes me to the page with the account number and I cannot amend anythig. I have almost no access to any useful information. I might have to call customer services, but so far, the experience has not been great.
Any suggestions?

Is this via the EE App or via the website?
I would suggest ringing customer service and they can refresh/reset your account and you can then register again via the app and hopefully it will work then.

Thank you. It was actually via the website. Ringing customer services has not been a successful venture on many occasions, so was trying to avoid it and sorted the issues online as funnily enough, most of the customer services messages tell you to go online or use the app or chat function before you speak to anyone. Recently, one of company's pre-recorded messages was over 3 minutes long advising where to go and pretty much discouraging calling the customer services....
