Not Receiving Texts

I recently switched from 3 to EE sim only.

Using this site because contacting EE inevitably results in dealing with a recorded message!

Everything is working on my iPhone except I’m not receiving texts.

Ironically, I can receive a photo with text but not a message with just text.

Any suggestions?

Were you able to receive texts prior to your port-in? When exactly was your port-in?

If you send a text to yourself, do you receive it?
