Are you able to turn off Automatic Network Selection in Settings, @Mrgreenze?

This will then allow the phone to search for all available networks, which may take a few minutes.

Jon

Hi. When I click on automatic network selection it does a manual search and finds nothing.

Thanks @Mrgreenze.

If possible, I'd recommend borrowing a phone from a family member to give us a call.

You can see all numbers to call on our Contact Us Page.
