Hi,

I’ve been having issues with service for the past 3 days. I was not able to use my phone as it’s been saying No Service and I have tried everything to fix it but no use. Someone in the same household who also on EE has everything working fine it’s just my service. Can you help me?

Thanks for coming here. 

If someone else on EE at the the same location is having no problem this could be your phone or SIM that is causing no service. Are you able to try the SIM in the other phone to see if signal shows?
