I am travelling in Canada and have had no access to a network since I arrived. I had purchased a roam abroad pass before leaving the UK. My husband, travelling with me, who is also on EE has a network that is working. I stopped into an Apple Store and my phone was checked and was found to be working properly. Obviously I cannot contact EE so my husband phoned the number given to him by EE but no response. Frustrating and reflects poorly on EE’s customer service.

Did you text ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK to activate your account for roaming?
Do you have any networks showing that you can connect to if you manually search for a network in your phone settings?
