Can’t make calls

Hi, 

My phone is doing the same. I cannot call out or receive calls. They are just blank. I cannot WhatsApp call even. 

I have tried calling 150, even that is blank. The call timer starts but there is no sound. 

The last couple of days calls have been dropping, but today they have completely gone. 

How can this be resolved? I am paying for a phone that won’t work.

Have you tried restarting your phone? 

Can you send and receive texts?
