I don’t receive any messages suddenly I try to longing to my accounts I must receive code number but not receiving

If you aren't receiving one time passcodes from other companies, please give us a call on 150 and the team can check if everything is set correctly for texts at our end and if needed complete a network refresh.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Is this only the one time pin to log into the account you are not receiving? Can you receive texts from other numbers? 

Are you with us on pay as you go or pay monthly?
