No internet despite strong signal

Hi all,

For the last two days my iphone13 has refused to work when it is not near a Wi-Fi signal.
I have checked all the usual things, I have a strong 5g signal, and aeroplane mode etc isn’t on, yet still as soon as I leave my home Wi-Fi my phone stops working.
Can anyone advise me why this might be please? Thank you so much.
