I have a PAYG account, World Select Talk and Text add-on, Roaming and Travel Data Pass are on. Am in US but I cannot text or call. Have switched it on/off multiple times. It's showing Roaming is on and briefly shows AT&T as a network but then it's gone. Network operators is set to Auto, What else do I need to do?

@Salc1269 , have you tried T-Mobile? I believe that should work, I am sure that is what I connected to, when I was there in 2019.

Are you sure you're on PAYG? The add-ons you've mentioned are all for pay-monthly users, and PAYG is auto-enabled for roaming providing you use your phone on EE's UK network first.
Billing add-ons are also entirely separate from enabling the roaming facility which allows your phone to attach to foreign networks. The options to enable international roaming via your myEE account are on pay-monthly only.
On the assumption that (whether PAYG or pay-monthly) your roaming facility is enabled, have you tried manually selecting an alterntive local network?
