Hi there I'm just wondering how long will it take for me to find out if I have been accepted and will I get my deposit back because I had to make an upfront payment

It is great to hear you have placed an order.

When did you place the order?

Did you receive an order confirmation email?

Can you give me a bit more information about the deposit? Was it an actual deposit you were asked to pay or just the upfront cost of the phone? If it was an upfront cost, you'd not get this back if you are accepted, as it is part of the overall cost.
