No problems with my service here. Calls working perfectly over mobile & WiFi.

Zero signal , no wifi call even I connected to home wifi,  in parade only 3G but not able to connect internet or calls

If you have no coverage displayed, I'd recommend you check the status page I previously linked to. If nothing's reported, then select "report a problem" to send details for further investigation.

 

Do other EE users in your locality have service?

 

Does your phone show the WiFi-calling indicator?

EE are having a major network issue affecting lots of users. Hopefully they'll have it fixed soon.

Same has happened to me!! 

It started about 1pm-2pm this afternoon, I was out in the truck doing a delivery and my internet just went off.

 

Tried everything, turning it off on, flight mode, mobile data off on, reset network settings..


It’s been jumping from No Service to E then stays on 3G but absolutely no internet connection!!  Only reason I’m on now is because I’m on our house WIFI.

Im VERY surprised there’s not more people speaking about it on here as it’s all over Google!!
