@Tortoise10 You get a network connection by having roaming enabled on your EE account. It’s best to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave the UK so it’s enabled or you can call customer services to request this to be enabled.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
