Hi
I'm on an extended holiday in barbados, I'm on a payg sim, when I try to retrieve my voice message I get an automated response advising that my account has been barred from making outgoing calls. I have loads of credit and I have an auto top up data plan. I have tried VM ON but the text won't send. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated

When was the last time you made a call or sent a text from the SIM?
If you haven’t used your phone for any chargeable activity for 179 days, your account will go into hibernation and any credit will be removed. But don’t worry; at this point it’s not too late to reinstate it – just get in touch with our Customer Care team.
