Mobile network in Italy

Like Erica_e, I've been in Italy for 8 days, but since yesterday (5/2) there's been no mobile network that my wife and I (both EE) have been able to access.

Hi @Mesut

Could you try manually connecting to the Iliad network? If you're within coverage range, you should get a connection through that operator.

Chris

Hi, That seems to have worked. Many thanks.

Any idea about what the problem is on the 'auto-select' network setting?

I'm not sure what the problem is, but it's being looked into, @Mesut.

Glad you've managed to get connected.

Hi,

My husband and me are both EE and have always been connected to the TIM network whilst in Italy( south Puglia). This morning I noticed my network had changed from TIM to Ilead. Is there a problem with TIM?

Hi @Kaz5829

We're aware that a small number of users have had some connectivity problems. Have you been able to stay connected with Iliad?

Hi Erika, same for me. Did you find out the issue?

Hi Christopher_G,

Your suggestion did not work for me as I receive no signal from any broadband. I spend a lot of time in Italy and this is the first time that this happens to me.

can you please advise?

Yes Chris we have still been able to stay connected.
Just wondered why it had changed over and what had happened to TIM.
Thank you for your help

Hi @Ana44

Have you tried connecting manually to both the TIM and Iliad networks?
