When people phone me they sometimes, not all the time, get ‘user busy’ even when I’m not. My phone doesn’t ring and it comes up as a missed call. I don’t have call barring or call forwarding enabled. Can you help?

Are you able to try a replacement SIM to see if this resolve's the problem?
You can order a replacement by logging in to your My EE account, giving us a call on 150 or by popping in to your local EE Store with photo ID.
