Help.
EE have apparently given me the wrong mobile number & deleted my default number.
Result: no-one can send me OTPs / text.
For hours I have been on the landline phone to EE over this.
I now cannot contact them - they were meant to phone back - they never did.
Serious now - please help - with thanks.

Spoke to a nice lady named Debbie.
Debbie re-installed my original mobile number - the one cancelled in error, last Monday.
My phone now shows EE instead of Emergency Calls Only.
Waves of relief! 👍

EE have my wrong phone number in my profile and I can't edit this number because they send me a link to that wrong phone number so I cannot make and changes to my profile. Send the link via email or

I have my account open on my laptop and you have my wrong phone number. Your silly system sends a link to the wrong phone to allow me to change my details BUT I DO'T have that phone That is what I am trying to correct
These silly error loops in your system are putting me off EE

NO my account profile has the wrong mobile phone number for me. I know this because I open my account on-line from my laptop. I can't edit the wrong number because EE keep sending me a link to a phone that I don't have.

No I don't ever open my account from my mobile phone I do it on my laptop. I can open my account on-line by my laptop, but I can't edit my profile without links that EE send to an unknown number. WHY CAN'T I Speak to a human being?????:

No-one told me I have the wrong number. The wrong number is on my profile. STOP sending me a reply saying who told me I had the wrong number I can see it on my account profile
