Maritime Roaming not working

Hi,

 I'm currently on a cruise and want to be able to use the 'Cellular at Sea' network for any emergency calls i May recieve. I have tried to connect to this network without any luck. I have texted 150 before i left and made sure worldwide roaming was enabled. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @bdg051

Do you have access to Skype to call our customer care team?

I'd recommend contacting our technical care team who can complete a further diagnostics.

Thanks for coming here. 

Did you text ROAMING to 150?

If yes, did you receive a text confirming this was enabled?

Have you tried restarting your device?

Hi Katie, 

yes i did text 150 before leaving yesterday and received this text. I have tried manually selecting the Cellular at Sea network but that doesn't seem to be working either. Any help getting this resolved would be much appreciated.

When you manually search does it allow you to connect or do you get an error?

Hi Katie,

when I select it. It carries on showing 'No Service' on my phone even after waiting about 5 - 10 mins. I checked on Cellular at Seas Website and it says EE do have a roaming agreement with them so I'm not sure why it is not working

Once you are connected to Maritime you should receive a welcome text @bdg051

What phone are you using?

I'm using an iphone 15 pro. I will try manually selecting the network again but normally it does nothing and won't connect at all.

Hi Katie,

As you can see Ive selected 901 which is cellular at sea, however am i still getting no service showing next to the wifi symbol on my phone.

Are you aware if others can connect to this OK?

Do you have a spend cap on your EE account?
