MMS messages not sending

I have recently upgraded my Samsung mobile with EE. I arranged a £10 spend cap to be put on for when roaming.

I am trying to send a MMS text but am being told that MMS is not supported by my network and that I don't have enough Spend Cap balance. I am sitting in my own home using my EE broadband and have not been roaming to spend any allowance

Any suggestions, preferably in a language I can understand 😊

Text BALANCE to 150, what is the response? Can you send & receive text messages over WiFi-calling?

Were you able to send & receive MMS prior to changing your phone?
