Like so many others, we lost our phone, but luckily, after a long search found it. Deciding to introduce a system to help search for lost phones, we found so many apps, all needing money, that could locate a lost phone. But we ask ourselves, if EE wants to be known as a caring company, why doesn't it provide a lost phone location as an additional service? We are sure that many EE subscribers would be happy to take up such a service rather than be ripped off by external services with their high costs. How about it EE - Introduce a lost phone service for your customers - it would be appreciated and put you ahead of your rivals!

EE is a mobile network operator, and at the risk of sounding flippant, they do provide system to help search for lost phones - you call the phone in question.
Both Android & Apple have in-built "find my phone" location-based services that perform the same function but will override any silent mode you may have set. This requires device-level functionality built into the OS and thus is not anything a network operator can offer.

Thanks for the speedy response - bring in our 80s. I afraid that modern technology is a steep learning curve. A quick trip to the EE shop may be our best bet to get help with what you have suggested. Thanks again.

Hi @GeoMun123
Thanks for coming to the community and I'm really pleased you have found the phone.
I can see @bristolian has provided details on finding your phone if you need it in the future, for both Android and Apple devices.
If you do pop into an EE Store our guides will be happy to help, or let us know if you have any questions or need any more support.
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.
