Lack of interest from the company

Abdrafi1998

I have a two-year subscription for £25, but for the past two months I've been receiving messages saying I'm subscribing to something and will have to pay £40. I've contacted the company more than six times and even visited branches, but to no avail. This is extremely frustrating, and I need a solution to this problem, otherwise I will cancel my subscription and never return.

@Abdrafi1998   Is that a EE subscription service or from a 3rd party ? If it’s a  third-party then you need to cancel this with them yourself. This has nothing to do with EE,  your EE bill is just the payment method for that subscription.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
