Awful customer service

Anyone managed to speak to EE about anything ? Placed order on 8th. Not had any contact. App doesn't work. They dont answer the phone and if phone not going o arrive before Friday there's no point in it coming

Have you checked EE order tracking.

Did you order online or in store. Have you checked your emails including junk folders.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
