My son keeps receiving messenger verification codes from JibeRCS on his iPhone. He’s always had an iPhone. It’s connected to my account and I’ve had iPhones for years and never had these messages. What are they? How do I stop them?
TIA

Hi @Mo05eee
Welcome to the EE Community.
Is your son still using an iPhone? Has he recently used his SIM card in an android phone at all?
This might help - How to turn off RCS chats (google.com)

Strange! The Jibe RCS service, which is the Google/Android equivalent to Apple's iMessage, is trying to verify your sons number and hence keeps sending him SMS messages.
As this service is exclusive to Android (just as iMessage is an Apple-only messaging service) you may need to switch it off by using an Android phone and following the steps in the link above.
