Issues with Wi-Fi calling on phone

Despite Wi-Fi being fine, Wi-Fi calling appears to be an issue on this particular phone. It is enabled but wonder if an issue EE side. Not sure what to do.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Welcome to the community.

Is your phone software up to date? Have you tried resetting the network settings?

Tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

What do you mean by "Wi-Fi calling appears to be an issue"?

The service should generally only be triggered when you have minimal or no mobile coverage.
