International roaming

Hi 

I'm in the USA on holiday...

I've been told by a customer services services rep that I'm on the old x20 tariff and so get free international roaming.

I can not access the Internet except over WiFi...and I strongly suspect I'm being charged for phone calls...

Can you please help
