Incoming Calls disconnect after 1 ring

Hi, every time somebody phones me, if I can't answer it in one ring, the call is dropped. I emailed motorola, and they sent instructions on how to change the number of rings on my voicemail. I have a sim only account, and I don't know if I have voicemail. Do I have voicemail included in my sim only account? Please let me know when you get a chance. Thank you very much for your help.

Hi,

Thank you for your email. My phone is a Motorola g8 power lite XT2055-1.
The do not disturb mode has always been off; that's what I don't understand.
I cannot find what is causing this phone to ring only once and disconnect
the call when the screen is locked. It's running Android version 10. It has
two sim slots; I only have one sim card, so the other slot is empty.

It didn't always do this. It's been doing this for about a month.

I've done a factory reset already, and that didn't help this problem.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to fix this when you get a
chance. Thank you very much for your help.

Yours sincerely,

Mary T.

Hi @smithgill

Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone?

Chris

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I don't have another phone in which to put my sim card.

Hi @smithgill.

Can you try enabling the Do Not Disturb feature, then disabling it again?

Do you have any Do Not Disturb Rules set up within Settings?
