Hello, I've been in Lisbon about an hour, but not got a message about the service, can't make calls or use roaming, etc. Only WiFi in the place where I'm staying. Mobile and data roaming are on.

Any ideas, please?

Sorry, you would need to call from any other phone or calling app and the team will get this sorted for you.
