I just want to make sure if I leave the UK my phone continues to work like in the UK? Internet, calling ass well?
Or need to call customer service before departure, to ask them?

If you are on contract you should text ROAMING to 150 before you leave the UK to activate roaming on your account. For PAYG roaming is auto enabled.

I would recommend to open an online chat to double check all is set.
This is because the information I receive from text messages contradicts what I see in My EE online so I think it's worth being cautious and recording your intention so that EE will not blame you for any problem which comes up.
