I need my internet working abroad please

I’m in a really bad situation… my plan it’s free calls messages and internet in eu country’s… I’ve landed last night with my little boy… and what a struggle to get a taxi and find we’re we staying coz my phone was not working…. I normally go a broad and automatically I get my phone working…. You have no idea how struggling I am right now, even trying to get to only chat with you !! It’s impossible… sending you messages through internet it’s impossible… it’s not fair I’m paying for the service and I can’t activate the service!! I needed sorting ASAP!!

Welcome to the community,

Firstly, where are you and secondly are you on pay as you go or contract? You are actually paying for service for the UK, roaming is extra abroad, including Europe, even on pay as you go.

Contract, depends when you started or upgraded, as from 7th July 2021, you cannot use your minutes and data the same as in the UK, pay as you go, you now have to pay or same as for contract pay for a monthly roaming use.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
