I am in the USA and only get a SOS only message in top left corner

I have no connection on my phone to the EE network while in the USA - only SOS only - I have worldwide network access as part of my account.   I had a similar problem in Australia and it was resolved by using the 'chat' network that was available on line by WiFi but there seems to be no chat service here in the USA on the website - please help - it was resolved in Australia thru chat with the technician switching something on that wasn't on and should have been.   I just need that same 'chat' service here but can't find it on the website!

Thanks for checking Chris.  I resorted to YouTube where I got instructions on how to find the network on my mobile device and all is good.

@Alandis   What ever was switched on is still on.  Have you tried restarting the device?  Have you tried a manual network search?    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
