How do you actually speak to someone online for help? There's no option on my app to email anyone or do a live chat?

Hi @LJ861.
Live Chat is not currently available for pay as you go customers.
Is there something we could help with here on the community?

I just wanted some advice about how to use my phone in France. I need to be able to make texts and calls when in disneyland as me and my partner will have to split up at some points due to our kids being different ages so we need to be.able to stay In touch! So I want to be able to contact him without getting charged lots.

To use your pack allowances in the EU on PAYG there are roaming charges of either £2.50 / day, by having texted ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by having texted ROAMEU7D to 150, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. You will receive a msg upon arrival telling you about these charges for roaming in EU & inviting to take up these options. If you opt to reply neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & will need to buy a PAYG add-on for data.
