Hi guys,
I am with EE good few years. Day before yesterday I updated my phone. I received a new sim and phone. Unfortunately I can’t make any outgoing calls. I am receiving calls.
I even can’t call 150. I need to call EE customer service but can’t reach them. Tried the App to get help. But yesterday they supposed to call back within 30 minutes. Unfortunately no one call me whole day. Is there anyone who can call 150 to asking them to call me back please 🙏.

Hi,
I managed to get one of my friends to call for me. At least someone call back from EE. Matter is solved.
