How to delete pin from voicemail

Welcome to the community,

Did you set up a pin to access voicemail, even when in the UK? It is normally set up so that voicemail can be accessed either via another phone or when abroad.

If you cannot remember your pin and cannot access your voicemail, then I would suggest you ring customer service and they should be able to help.

If you call your voicemail, menu options 3 > 4 will allow you to remove or change your PIN.

If you have forgotten the PIN and it's preventing you accessing voicemail, then - for your protection - you will need to call EE C/S and have this reset.
