How to contact EE when phone blocked. Cannot call or text as no access.

My phone is blocked after arriving in UAE from U.K.. cannot access EE for help.  Any advise?

@Peterbop1911  You might be able to enable this within your online account yourself.  Is in Settings>Roaming and you need to enable both toggles.  You might need to restart your device and it can take up to 24 hours to activate.
