How to call

Today I started using an e-sim, but I can’t make a phone call even after I scanned QR and did setup. 
What should I do?

FYI, I can use SMS and the internet.

Can you receive calls?

Are you receiving texts and using data whilst connected to WiFi?

Thank you for your reply.

I can’t receive calls, but I can receive texts and use the internet.
I haven’t tried to connect to any wifi.

That's strange, has your physical SIM stopped working?

Yes, it stopped.

It seemed that everything but phone works properly.

Can you try restarting your phone, and try making a call, does this work for you?

What happens when you try and make a call?

When I try to make a call, it automatically cut off, it doesn’t ring at
all.
