I forgot to send ROAMING to 150 before I left the UK. I can't send the text now because there is no connect now. I called CS for help. They changed my plan to which can roam and added Travel Data Pass for me, but it still showed no connect on my phone. I just need it to receive few texts. Help!

Are you able to speak with our customer care team and ensure roaming has been enabled @ToyCastle?
Do you have roaming active in your mobile phone settings?

Yes, I just speaked with them on today's morning. I think the roaming is active.
