Hi,
Was wondering if anyone could help me. I am trying to find out if my old payg mobile number is still available.
I am trying to logging to an account and the verification code is stating will be sent to old mobile number. It will not allow me to update the details on the account without the verification code.
So I was wondering if I could find out if the number was still active, reassigned or cancelled.

I’d recommend getting in touch with our customer support team, they’ll be able to check this further and see if they can provide any information on the status of the number.

@Siofme You try calling it ? Until till it’s assigned to someone and you speak with that person you’ll not be able to get it back.

Hi,
I tried calling it and it just goes to EE voicemail, also sent a text message to see if anyone replied but no response.
