Hi, I cannot call out. Every time I try to make a call it cuts off after exactly 7 seconds. So I cannot ring ee for help. Any ideas? @Ee

I have restored but it has deleted the settings app so I cannot restore my data. Any ideas?

The settings app should still be there as it was when you originally got the phone. 

Do you have an option to search for apps in the phone?

The settings app has gone as has the search bar that let's me search for apps etc. 😥
