Hi there!
I have looked through at least a dozen threads on this topic, but the common reply of texting VM OFF to 150 does not work for me. I have also tried texting VM ON and then VM OFF, still no luck. I am met with the reply of 'Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later.'
I have been trying this on and off for a few months and it is always the same reply.
I am pay as you go, if it is relevant.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me, please?
Thank you and have a lovely day!

Hi @leightons32
Welcome to the community.
Could you confirm which steps you have already tried that have not worked please.
Thanks

Hey @leightons32 ,
That's strange as I’ve just tested the GSM code method and it’s still working.
So if you punch ##002# into your phone the same way as a phone number and then dial it. You should get a message on screen saying all diverts cancelled.
You can even then dial *#62# and again dial it to query the divert. It should display a message confirming the divert is disabled.
The other way is to write VM OFF in a text message and send it to 150. They reply in seconds confirming the voicemail diverts are removed.
All these methods do is stop your phone diverting callers to your voicemail. You can still call your mailbox. It’s just there won’t be any messages in there.

@leightons32 You don’t seem to know, whilst you was a BT customer you was using everything EE. All that’s changed is the wording BT to now EE. Even customer support is the same people.
VM ON to 150 or VOICEMAIL DIVERT ON to 150
VM OFF to 150 or VOICEMAIL DIVERT OFF to 150
